I have three cats under their regular care, and each visit confirms how professional and compassionate they are. A wonderful, trustworthy clinic with a warm and caring attitude!

If i could give 0 stars i would. This place should be investigated and not allowed to trade. Firstly, the reception staff are really rude and the prices are extortionate. I took my dog who has arthritis and doesn't walk well on uneven surfaces. The vets is currently porta cabins on a rocky car park so i carried my dog into the cabin. He is old and doesn't walk as well as he used to but does still get about and we have a buggy for when he's tired. The vet totally wrote him off and basically said i was cruel keeping him as he couldn't even walk into the vets (her words) and gave me the number for pets at rest to have him put to sleep. i'd gone to ask for some antibiotics, which she refused. I went away feeling as if i was doing really wrong by my dog for keeping him so brought myself to book him in to end his life. Still not convinced, i booked him with another vet who checked him thoroughly and diagnosed that he has a really nasty bacterial infection and is now on antibiotics. Today was the day he was going to be put to sleep. thank god i opted for another opinion elsewhere. DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPETENT, INCONSIDERATE, UNCOMPASSIONATE, UNTRUSTWORTHY, DISGRACES TO THE PROFFESSION.

TERRIBLE RUDE RECEPTION STAFF. I’ve used this vets for about six years now and never had a problem before. I don’t know what’s happened recently but it’s seriously gone down hill. Tried to sort my own issue by visiting pets at home and couldn’t get what I wanted so decided to visit greens. Was met my two reception staff who were so dismissive and rude. Tried to explain what I needed and that I had already tried pets at home. Reception just said no vets available go try pets at home or amazon. In addition to this I was told I missed my second set of vaccinations and needed to pay again. Seems to be a common theme here. I will be changing my vets after the second set received

I totally agree with the past posts receptionist except for the young girl with tattoos are rude no compassion the prices are ridiculous. My dog was miss diagnosed wrong treatment that led him having to have blood transfusions he sadly passed away I believe he would still be here if he wasn't given the wrong medication.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone please keep your pets safe get a second opinion if you have any slight doubt. Or you could be without your pet like me.

A very unprofessional service. After the first vaccination, my cat was supposed to get the second one included in the price of the first. Upon arrival, I was informed that I had to pay again for the vaccination because I came later than 4 weeks. And who booked the appointment? The reception, of course. Be careful with such scams. The reception and the vet should have scheduled me at the proper time. I do not recommend this place.
