Fantastic service, so friendly and helpful. They were completely knowledgeable, we got a full service on two iPads which were fixed at a very reasonable price. 100% would recommend this place and I will be using them again in future.

Extremely poor customer service from a female staff member. She’s rude aggressive and unprofessional with no basic customer service skills. If anyone is putting this business down it is this woman and her attitude. Her behaviour is damaging the reputation of the shop and driving customers away.

I bought a universal laptop charger from these guys today. Great price, friendly and helpful service received from Mohammad, and he gave me the option of returning the charger if it wasn't the right fit....IT WAS! Thanks very much. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant customer service, I called in to see about getting my phone repaired. This was arranged and sorted out on the agreed time scale but for me, the best thing was the warm and friendly service they provided. 👍
