One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I gave my MSI gaming laptop to this shop just to change a damaged screen. After I handed it in, they said there was a small chip problem and that’s why it wasn’t turning on. Later, when I sent it to the official MSI service centre, they told me the motherboard was damaged! I have no idea what they did or how my laptop got damaged inside. The repair that was supposed to cost £120 has now turned into £500 of damage. I even requested the shop owner to at least take responsibility for half the amount, but he rudely refused and said, “Tell whoever you want.” Their behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. They asked me to bring the laptop again saying they’d “contact their people and fix it,” but nothing happened. I lost almost two months of time and money, and now I have to send my laptop to India for repair. Please don’t trust this shop. I’m really disappointed and frustrated — they completely ruined my laptop and wasted my time.

The best shop for phone repairs and accessories in Sheffield. The prices are very fair and they sell quality accessories. The show guy is very warm and friendly. I've tried a few shops around and this one stands out for good
