Amazing and friendly service: professional and persistent! My phone wouldn't charge and I was in a tizzy because I needed to get to a yoga class... what a diva! 😂 Vipin fixed the problem after trying lots of different solutions to no avail... turns out it was a loose connection. So grateful for this place, wouldn't have been able to get my Zen on without Vipin's help! Lovely bloke to boot 🙂

Absolutely amazing shop. The range of phones and accessories is brilliant. The owner is very kind and knowledgeable about phones and fitted me a new screen saver in seconds. Very handy having a cash machine instore as well. Highly recommend this shop

Been here to get my phone screen repaired and had a great experience. My phone is an Oppo which is not very common, and they managed to fix it with a genuine oppo screen replacement and got the fingerprint back working again, even ordering in a special part to ensure it would be fixed properly. These guys know their stuff and they are friendly and great communicators. Highly recommend using Fonez World to get your device repaired. Thanks again

The mic on my Samsung A12 suddenly stopped working (so I could hear callers but they couldn't hear me) and shortly afterwards the speaker stopped working! So I took my phone into Fonez World in Hillsborough to see if they could fix it. Within a matter of around 45 minutes both problems were fixed and for a very good price. The guys working there really know their stuff and are very friendly and helpful in explaining things. I can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly use them again if needed and I will certainly recommend friends to them.

This is such a great resource for Hillsborough. Being an old woman and not terribly tech savvy I was having stressful problems with a new sim. I had been somewhere else, in Hillsborough which shall remain nameless, who were awful. These guys responded quickly, fixed the problem in five minutes and are in my humble opinion, awesome. Thank you for giving brilliant service.
