Excellent service from start to finish! The staff member was so helpful and friendly. I asked around Sheffield and this shop was the cheapest and fastest by far — my iPhone 17 Pro Max screen was replaced in under 30 minutes. I’m super happy with the service and will 100% be coming back. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Value and Outstanding Service! I highly recommend this phone shop! They truly deserve a full 5 stars. The main reason I came in was their incredible prices. I did some comparison shopping beforehand, and their rates for both phones and repairs were significantly better than the competition, which is fantastic for customers looking for a great deal. Beyond the low prices, the staff was exceptional. Everyone was very polite, helpful, and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly without being pushy. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of affordability and top-notch customer service. If you need a new phone, an accessory, or a repair, this is definitely the place to go!

I’d read really positive reviews about this shop, and took my iPhone 15 for a screen replacement. Quoted £75, did think it was weirdly cheap but the reviews said the prices were really good for the service. Was told it would be done in 15 minutes - again, slightly suspicious. Received the phone back, and not only is the screen replacement the wrong size, the front camera is completely distorted. Called to complain and ask to bring it back, was told it could be a “few issues” with the screen. Not eager to help, robbed me of £75. How my iPhone 15 camera has been left: Avoiiiiddddd ‼️
