Fantastic customer service, super friendly and empathetic. I've struggled with wide feet my whole life and never been able to get an off the shelf pair to fit without causing pain. Noble and Wylie made a full custom set of the MLU design and they are the first shoes I have worn that straight away fit my feet. I am very grateful and look forward to using them! Recommend to anyone 🙂

Superb. First pair of 'made to measure' shoes and Kenneth made the whole process very easy. They fit perfectly, of course, but that's not all. The quality and care that went into making them is apparent, they look fabulous and are unbelievably comfortable, straight out the box. Lighter than I expected, too. Slipping my feet into them in the morning is a joyful thing, and I feel a little bit sad when I need to take them off in the evening. Sounds funny to say that about footwear, but it's the little things that make a difference.

I still love my boots 6 years on. I've had a resole and they're still so comfy and beautiful. Got two belts and a wallet to add to the collection :)

I have wanted a pair of handmade boots for years & finally found NobleandWylie. I wanted a pair for a 'big' birthday. Both Kenneth and Amy helped me choose what colour leather - red and green - and how they could be put together. They were so friendly and helpful and put a novice buyer of handmade boots at her ease. I collected my boots on my birthday. What a present! They needed a little tweaking, but now they're perfect - light and very comfortable. I love my boots. Highly recommended. Brilliant customer service.

I picked up my first pair of chukka boots about a month ago, and have worn them almost every day since then. So light and comfortable even on a recent holiday in hot weather. I love them and am looking forward to ordering another pair, maybe shoes this time! Highly recommended.
