Archer Road Retail park

Queue was long and the place was not busy! Having waited inside at the pick up point for 20 mins I was on the verge of asking for a refund! Clue is in the title- fast food. Once the food came out. Chips were cold! I could not be arsed to go back so left them

Nice selection of shops. Access to, and layout of carpark is by far the worst I've experienced in my life. Gets very busy with minimal traffic due to poor entrance/exit design. Whoever designed this, and furthermore whoever approved it, should be ashamed of themselves.

A very good place to eat especially when it's not really busy. Staff are always friendly. If you say hi and they don't reply it's not because they are ignoring you but it's because they are focused on doing their work to an exceptionally high level. One in particular recently made time to talk with me and my daughter when she was out front. She has social anxiety but so was so warm and welcoming. We tried to do a response survey about her but we couldn't remember her name for the life of us, I should have written it down. Pretty sure her name was 3 or 4 letters, Rio, Zoey... Can't quite put my finger on it. All staff are welcoming and considerate. If you come here with your kids, please remember it is not the responsibility of the staff to manage your children, this site doesn't have a problem with wild children normally but there is always the odd one.

Okay shop easy parking ...can't always buy what I need .

Good retail park in South Sheffield. Little spread out but has homeware store, supermarket, furniture store and a selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. Usually has good selection of parking too.
