All Rounder Cricket & Hockey

Ordered a cricket helmet on the 20th October 2025 for a Christmas gift for my son, the item has still not arrived and it is now 20th Jan 2026. I have tried numerous times to contact the company, none of the telephone numbers work the live chat is never available and emails seem to be ignored. The status of the order on the online portal has also never changed! Extremely poor from them! If I could have given 0 stars I would have!! I’m glad I paid via PayPal as I have requested a full refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered a cricket helmet from all rounder they took my money and never sent the item. They don’t respond to emails or online chat requests, the telephone number is for Yorkshire county cricket club. Please do not become a victim of theft like I have and use another company like cricket direct or pro direct cricket! PLEASE READ THIS AND DO NOT BECOME ANOTHER VICTIM OF THESE FRAUDSTERS

I placed an order from the USA for a pair of shoes and a kit bag, and it has been 20 days with no updates at all—the package hasn’t even shipped. They also don’t respond to any emails, which is incredibly frustrating. I should have checked the reviews before ordering, because it turns out everyone has the same complaint. It’s really bad to see that people are making money this way from customers who are genuinely passionate about the sport. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered a pair of spikes in May, that were advertised to arrive within 3–5 days. They took 10 days to arrive, which meant I had to buy another pair elsewhere before my game. I returned the spikes immediately (they were never even taken out of the box), but I’ve still not received a refund. Despite sending multiple emails and messages, I’ve had no response at all. Terrible service and zero accountability—save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

Not sure how these lot get so much business. Placed an order on their website for which they charged my card but I didn't receive my product in 3 weeks (I didn't even get an order confirmation email). After multiple attempts of emailing them and getting no response, I disputed the charge with my bank. The day I disputed the charge, they decided to ship the product. They didn't even have the courtesy of apologising for the inconvenience. Absolute garbage. I'll never use their services again and judging by a significant amount of other reviews, they don't seem to be worth anyone's time.
