Customer service here is excellent 👌..I'm writing this review even though we didn't purchase a treadmill. The experience and knowledge of the staff was fabulous, Justin gave us a relaxed welcome with no sales pressure. For once it was an enjoyable experience looking for a purchase. Justin gave us a non bias opinion on many different products and tailored the treadmill to my needs. There was no pressure to purchase, we were allowed to go away with ease, and investage our options. After our research we decided on a different product that fitness superstore had to offer. We would had definitely purchased from Justin if they had have the treadmill we had decided on. I would highly recommend a visit to fitness superstore if you are wanting advice on any fitness product, you will get a honest opinion without strong sales pressure. I was not able to test the machines in person. Bradley was excellent. He answered all my questions and guided me. Even comparing the noise levels of the treadmills over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble. Not pushy and very patient. Really appreciated the prompt delivery and installation service. I think you would struggle to find a better service. Very happy with my purchase.

Visited the Sheffield store fore replacement part, Bradley advised that they didn't do parts for my gym, but within seconds he'd googled who did and gave me their number. After speaking to the company who told me that because my multi gym was old they could no longer supply the part. I asked if there was an alternative and was told repeatedly that the gym was old and no parts were available...I just couldn't make him understand that I understood this and wanted an alternative, so I returned to the Sheffield store to find Justin as I was explaining he was searching for my part on line, but suggested that I look at their gyms and make up the part myself, which I did with the advise from Justin. Neither of the gentleman had to go above and beyond but they did and being a lady of colour, their behaviour was a pleasant change and very much appreciated. If I ever need some gym equipment they would be my first choice. Thank you Justin & Bradley

5 Star review is primarily based on the service received in store. Justin was really informative and did not try to oversell, a really good experience. I would recommend going in store rather than just ordering online, if it's not in stock they can order it in for you online anyway... I previously ordered similar items direct from their website, but the service was not good and I actually cancelled the order. The service in store is the only reason I made the purchase again.
