Tucked away and a bit of a search to find the shop but pleased that I did. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Matt looked after me and brought plenty of shoes to try offering his thoughts and advice. I’m glad I visited to get the correct size as I ended up with 1/2 a size up from my regular 11 which I usually buy. I bought some of the new Trailfly shoes which have been great so far.

We had a great experience at this location with the incredibly helpful, Amy (Aimee?)! She listened to what we wanted, advised on a few options and allowed us to test everything out so patiently. She even provided some excellent tips on where to go for some traveling we are planning in the area. We left with 2 pairs of great shoes (the toe box on these shoes are perfect!) and a travel itinerary. Wonderful store and great service!

Rarely one can find nowadays an outlet where service like the one provided by Hugo and Matt gave us. It was so spectacular that I felt really special extremely valued and an important part of the running community. Thank you and please retain staff like Hugo and Matt..

I really wanted to like this brand/shop. Went with an open mind and bought my first pair, not cheap, but I thought they'd be worth the money, However, in the first few of months, they both split at the uppers! I hadn't done any major mileage in them, just light gym work. I took them in at the 6 month mark as that was when I had time to pop back in. I know they offer a 12-month guarantee, so I took them back to see if I could get any help. The lady in there told me it was normal wear and tear!! - wouldn't offer me a refund or even a discount on a second pair. Absolutely gutted. What is the point of a 12-month guarantee if it is deemed normal wear and tear to split at the uppers in the first few months? I asked if I could take it any further, and she said no. Madness. As someone who works in the footwear industry, I know my shoes! A truly disappointing experience.

Tucked away in a courtyard and what a great find! All the jackets were super lightweight, functional and thought through. Staff were very knowledgeable and attentive despite the fact the shop was busy. We had a lovely coffee made for us after the purchase. We will be definitely back for more in spring. We need independent shops like this (^^)V
