I love shopping at Waitrose — not just for groceries but also for the amazing selection of fresh flowers. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by a colorful, beautifully arranged floral display that instantly brightens my mood. The flowers are always fresh, reasonably priced, and perfect for gifts or just bringing a little life into my home. Whether it’s seasonal bouquets, roses, or potted plants, I can always find something lovely. It’s just one of the many reasons this store stands out. Clean aisles, friendly staff, and fresh produce make it a top-tier grocery experience.

I am a big fan of Waitrose offering free coffee as a jesture not just to their customers but to their local community. Many people like me will do some shopping here not just because it saves 3 pounds on a coffee bit because it makes you feel welcome, valued and part of a community rather than just another anonymous customer. Food is surprisingly competively priced and veg is better quality for same price as anywhere.

High quality products with a nice design. They need to change the arrangement of the shelves specially those towards the end of the store. You typically pay more for the same product and brand in this store, compared to the others.

Super branch of Waitrose! Came at the right time and managed to bag a few bargains. Plenty of organic and eco products available (which the wife loves), but also a really good range for normos like me. In my opinion, Waitrose are fast becoming an affordable and convenient option for many — even appealing to a Asda fella like me… The area was spacious and well laid out. We used self-scanning gun thing, which cleverly links to offers within the Waitrose app without having to scan coupons or barcodes at the checkout — nice touch. Upon checkout, we were randomly selected for a check, which was oddly exciting and not a problem, though there was a small tech issue that the lovely assistant couldn’t fix straight away. Slightly annoying, as it’s meant to speed things up, but after a short wait and a bit of backup, we were good to go. Staff were super and very apologetic. Well done everyone! 👏

Visited Sheffield Waitrose store today and the cafe and staff were absolutely amazing. However the toilets were vile! The smell was terrible! I was surprised whe I cheked the reviews this is not a recent problem but an ongoing issue. Why are customers expected to visit dirty toilets after visiting a lovely cafe. They deserve better!
