Apple Meadowhall

Had an issue with my Apple Phone charging due to a build of dust. I went in, they put me on a reservation list, got called back in an hour or so whilst I do my shopping. And I came in, got seen to straight away, and they sorted my phone within minutes. I’ve not been able to charge my phone normally for weeks, and I’m very chuffed with how easily they sorted my issue. And free of charge! Relatively straight forward issue but considering how often I can’t even get simple things resolved by stores after spending ‘x’ amount of money with them, I’m pleased with today’s service.

Unida was amazing! What a lovely soul. She allowed a valid exchange from an unsatisfactory product (MagSafe car phone holder) and provided advice alternatives. Quick and efficient service. Super friendly. Thank you! ☺️

I came here with my wife to windowshop and it was a good experience. The shop was quite busy with people checking out available devices. I noticed there was a good number of staff to attend to people. I also noticed there was a kind of info session going on with someone standing in front of a large screen. He was giving information on product quality and functionality.

I don’t often leave reviews for retail locations but for this one I will! I collected my Apple Vision Pro yesterday and had an excellent experience with Byron who was very passionate about the product and had lots of very useful recommendations. He made sure to answer any questions I had, along with helping to ensure a good fit. 5 stars!

Went into the store on Black Friday. I was assisted by a lovely chap who was pleasant and helpful. His boss, seemingly a "senior" member of staff came over to help us both as we were having some issues. He spoke disrespectfullly to me, and the other member of staff. He spoke to us both like we were idiots. He wouldn't let me get a word in which was very annoying. I understand it's a busy time of the year, but don't take that out on customers and your colleagues. I know Apple wont give two hoots about this review and it will have very little impact but I needed to make it known. I spent the best part of £500 and left feeling scolded and shouted at.
