Service was made and my things I bought in even work.What scam

Issues: 1. Shambolic communication skills. Took ages for one person to message us at 6 am YESTERDAY after ordering it Tuesday 2nd August 9 days from today 2. No contact info whatsoever 3. STILL haven't got my order even though it said 1 to 2 days Very disappointed hence the 1 star review

Store is relatively big and has a good selection for console gamers. Traded in a few items here and the staff are friendly enough too. Very small PC section though and still selling digital codes at full price for games that came out years ago.

I tend to visit the store quite regularly and would suggest the store itself is in a good location in town but fairly unremarkable in its set up, following the same kind of layout and style you'd see in any of their stores. Average prices and availability generally good but obviously less reliable on release dates or around christmas. However the staff at this branch are really good. I'm not sure if I've ever talked to the same person twice there but they've always been very friendly, knowledgeable, willing to share their opinions with me on games to try and just generally chatty and friendly when at check out. Even when I've been in at Christmas when its nuts they've still been very friendly and asked if I've needed help. To summarise, the branch is just like any other in terms of pricing, availability and layout which makes it unremarkable- worth about 3.5 stars. The staff are what makes this branch stand out and justifies a 5 star rating. Good work.

I frequent GAME a lot as I live close by, they have an okay selection of games at (sometimes) decent prices. There's also some good merchandise like clothes and plushes, but the biggest downfall is the attitude of some staff members at this store...They're sometimes incredibly dismissive or flat out ignore you when you're trying to be served or ask a question...
