Above and beyond customer service!! We went to buy a double under counter oven, and we wanted it before Christmas. They hadn't got one in stock, but a few moments later, they said they'd phoned another independent retailer who had several in stock! We were very impressed with this level of service from Williams Electrical. We'll now have an oven for Christmas! Thank you!!!

Lovely people really helpful, Great range of electrical products, many in stock and others on short order. They didn't have what we wanted, because we urgently needed to replace a cooker with one almost identical, but they were ready to order one, and in the end they helped us to find one in another business nearby. Well be back!

Recently ordered a Neff hob online and within a couple of minutes had a phone call to discuss a delivery date. Two further calls kept me informed about progress with the order and the actual delivery slot on the day. Compared to the impersonal experience you get from most firms these days this was fantastic service and I won’t hesitate to buy from Williams again or recommend them to others. Thank you to the whole team.

The world would be a better place if people were as helpfull, honest and caring as the staff at Williams. Just bought a new TV and everything perfect from entering the shop to sitting in my lounge watching TV. Thanks again to you all
