Great value accommodation in the heart of the city. Booked the place to stay for one night and don’t have any complaints. The owners are quick to respond and willing to help with any issues

Not a great experience unfortunately. The room didn’t feel particularly clean - hair in the bedding and bathroom, the sofa had some questionable staining and there was mould in various places in the shower. No tea towel was provided so we could dry up after washing up. The member of staff we spoke to promised our parking in Pennine Five car park would be covered if we sent a copy of the receipt - despite chasing numerous times, this still hasn’t been paid, and messages are now being ignored. Unfortunately I didn’t look at the reviews before booking! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Good value accomodation in the heart of Sheffield. The location was perfect for the Christmas market and cathedral. Lots of great options nearby for food. The room was easy to access, clean, and with good facilities.

We stayed in Sheffield and found this place to be pretty awesome to say the least. It's in a quiet but well located street and the room itself was clean, and it had more then everything we needed 👍🏻 the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and I would definitely stay again thank you so much Sheffield, with love from Doncaster 👋🏻🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

I booked six rooms, and upon arrival, was unexpectedly told I had to transfer a £300 deposit (£50 per room) via bank transfer before being given the parking address or access codes. This was not mentioned beforehand and felt very unprofessional. During our stay, one guest lost a key, and the property has withheld £150 of the deposit — the equivalent of three rooms’ deposits — which seems completely unreasonable for a single lost key. I am currently in the process of taking this matter up with Trading Standards (UK) due to the questionable deposit process and excessive charge.
