Victoria Building B&B

The rooms were tidy , beds clean and comfy. Some improvement needed in shower are and some cleani g in the kitchen -like ovens but otherwise very value for money and it has all what u need. We were very surprised as the previous comments were not good at all. I can strongly recommend that B&B. Offcourse it is not a 5 star hotel and u cannot expect to be perfect but it has all what u need to rest. We parked at the front so no problem with parking

Was absolutely appalled at the service we received at this b&b during our stay. My friends and I pre booked 2 rooms for our stay, on arrival we was told that our booking was no longer available and we wasn’t able to stay, they then put 5 adults in one room with 2 mattresses on the floor with covers and still changed us full price for 1 basic room, £104 for one stay, this stay did not include breakfast. We asked for a little compensation due to unsatisfaction and it was declined. Poor customer service!!

the scariest experience I’ve ever had. Couldn’t find the location as there was no signage to show that it was a hotel. Was greeted by a random man with no uniform or name tag, who led us upstairs. No reception or main desk check in area. As we walked past (we are 2 young girls), hoards of men came out of their rooms and gawked at us as we walked past. The man showing us to our room came into the room with us, but then locked the door and blocked us in whilst demanding more money. When we said we had already paid, he called for ‘backup’. We started saying we needed to use the bathroom and he said no and didn’t let us out. A few mins later he eventually said we can go and when he let us out of the room we ran and managed to leave

Very disgusting and doesn’t even have a main desk looks very very scary and doggy

TO EXPENSIVE FOR JUST A NIGHT WITH OUT TV ALSO ITS NOT A BNB DON'T OFFER YOU BREAKFAST IT'S MORE OF A HOSTEL
