Fantastic place for the kids. We bought 16 kids from our grassroots football team for a Christmas treat. The staff were so helpful especially the lady on the front desk Meg who was chatty and had a laugh even though I did make her jump haha. Thanks Meg. Thanks Ninja staff. We will be back.

We booked a children’s party here and unfortunately the experience didn’t really match what we expected for the price (£24 per child). The kids enjoyed themselves, but several issues made the party feel disorganised. First, we weren’t clearly told that each child’s parent had to sign a separate waiver before arrival. Because of this, we ended up waiting around 10 minutes at the entrance while every parent filled it in. This could easily have been avoided with better communication. Second, although we brought our own cake, it was served wrapped in tissues rather than on plates or anything suitable for food. For a specialist cake that cost extra, this was really disappointing and didn’t feel hygienic or properly handled. There was also no structured session on the course. The children were basically just given free access to the area and went wherever they wanted, which didn’t feel like the organised party package we thought we were paying for. Overall, the children had fun, but the organisation and presentation didn’t meet the standard we expected for the cost. With better communication and attention to detail, this could have been a much better experience.

Had my lads 9th Birthday party today. Ninja warrior is always lots of fun tor the kids and didn't disappoint. The party host made no effort to engage with the children, we dint even so much get a happy birthday which I thought was poor hosting. The pizza quite possibly the worst pizza ive come across in a decade. There was no puree and was rock solid. Needless to stay the vast majority ended up in the bin. For £24 per head it needs to be better value and with a little bit of attention its a fab party place.

We went to see how the venue has changed since its new refurb. The addition of a new Ninja section with more balance and easier obstacles is a fantastic change and has most definitely improved the overall variety of this Ninja warrior. It gives more options for younger children. The inflatables are still large with many different obstacles and slides very fun! The staff are fantastic and very helpful. The course caters for all different abilities and offers a huge variety. The cafe is large with plenty of seating for parents to watch if not taking part. Highly recommended.

My daughter had her birthday party here today. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and were really helpful throughout. I didn’t have to do anything as they supervised the kids, cut the cake for us and even put some pretty decorations on it for me. I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names but it was the 2:00 booking. I hope their management value such good employees.
