It was my first visit to this particular branch and I was greeted with friendliness upon entering, where I signed up for your loyalty program, by Lea. During my stay I also encountered Steve who was helpful, very approachable and couldn't do enough for me. Lea also kept checking on me and the hospitality was appreciated.
Staff are lovely and good to chat too. Always on hand to help and to offer a refreshing drink.
I won £342 in a free spin with 50p stake and just before cashing out the machine restarted and I didn't get my winnings I never go back to play in these casinos, they are happy to have your money but if you win it's not the same thing
Temperature checks on arrival, names taken for no point, one way system in operation but people get too close to each other, including the staff. Dividers between only some of the machines, but screens are cleaned regularly. Refreshments are provided, and toilets still in use.
Staff are very friendly here and I am always welcomed with a drink. I've made a few friends in this place 🙂
