I'm a regular customer here and got a fine for using there car park after asking staff to please review the fine and please amend as I am a loyal customer basically got told no they don't value regular customer bit of a joke really I won't be returning
Obviously decent when you're winning. But even if lady luck isn't with you. The staff are great. Plenty of gaming tables and slots.

Is different to most casinos as more relaxed but if you want to get to a table and fancy a chat and dont want loud noises and enjoy spending time relaxing with no pressure then this is place for you is great and bar is nice. Staff are friendly and know what they are doing and chips are like brand new which if u gone to a Casino before you love the feeling of a clean new chip in your hand. Has good entertainment on all time also.
⛔️ warning ⚠️ Don’t waste and ruined your day and time and money !!!The restaurant is totally like expensive place with cheap food. For a casino it meant to serve very good food , they charged me £25.00 for steak 🥩 which I returned to the kitchen twice almost. First I asked medium to rare and it was a vey thin steaks ( could tell it was frozen ) very thin meat which they put on the grill straight a way and instead of medium to rare it was cooked very wel done like hard pice of wood 🪵 with black onion ring and overcooked fries . Unbelievable because it was very quit and not busy at all !!!!! How on earth ???!!! Second time they tried to bring me medium to rare again it was hard as rock 🪨 £25.00 payed and I hardly eat few fries as I was so hungry . No wonder their restaurant is always quit and hardly see any body eats there.shame as they have a potential to be one of the best but instead they are the worst restaurant I have ever payed high price for few bits of over over frozen cooked food. The chef doesn’t know what it medium and what is welldone . What do you expect !!???? Cheapest frozen food which over cooked and when your fries or onion rings is dark . That means they are not clean too it indicate the black oil need to be changed . WONT RECOMEND THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL. . Stay away from this restaurant !!!!
