Hidden gem for kids. Good facilities. A bit small, nothing you can change there. Clean and tidy. Morning sessions can feel cold at first, it warms up if you give it time. Staff were friendly and polite. Basic food and drink available. Worth a visit.

Little smelly. Little outdated. But kids love it.

This place is a great idea! It's got everything you need to entertain young kids for 90 minutes and it's a lovely chilled out atmosphere and they have COFFEE. Staff really helpful too- Bonus thank you to the kind lady who rocked my newborn whilst I took my toddler to the loo 🙏

Kids’ meals were disappointing — just a couple of burnt slices of pizza, cucumber sticks, and crisps, definitely not worth the price. On top of that, my son was given a cup that was dusty with a piece of paper floating in it. The animal handler made an inappropriate comment, referring to the tarantulas as looking like an afro, which felt like a microaggression. The venue also had a strong smell of mould and felt unhygienic. I ended up leaving early, and the kids didn’t want their food or drink, everything went in the bin. Apart from this, the staff were polite, but a couple of parents kept staring for no reason, which made it even more uncomfortable and my son couldn't wait to leave.

This is a fab place for kids. I went today with my 4 and 6 year old boys and they loved it. We had been to a soft play near by before coming here and they said they preferred it here than the massive soft play at centertainment. It certainly gets their imagination flowing as they role play in adult occupations alongside other children who they do not know. It is really well thought out and the owner has paid attention to detail to make the experience as realistic as possible for the children. We have a similar thing to this near where we live in Doncaster but I wanted to try this to compare. There are pros and cons to both but this one pips the other at the post because of the attention to detail. My boys think so too. It has free parking too, albeit tight. I would have rated this 5 stars if a few things had been different. I think that first of all it should be a 2 hour session for a) the price paid and b) the kids are just seeing in with their stranger peers and playing together when it's time to go. It's like speed dating/playing for kids. I also think that the cafe prices should be less. Its the age old adage of stack them high and sell them cheap. Cans of Pepsi £2 and the coffee is Starbucks prices for a non barista style coffee. I also think some music playing low would create a better ambience or even a recording of noises you hear on a high street to make it authentic. It was a little quiet at times.. So overall, a nice place that the kids loved, but it could be better/5 stars with a little tweak here and there.
