TopJump Inflatable Park Sheffield

Had never heard of Top Jump until today, despite only living about 18 minutes drive away. We were looking for somewhere to go quickly due to being let down elsewhere. We were able to book an appointment slot online for in 10 minutes time (at busiest part of the day), we found it easily, it had a massive free carpark, we were seen to very quickly by polite friendly staff (we had signed the waiver already online- very quick process) and although it was reasonably busy, we were able to find a table straight away. Myself, adult son and 3yr old grandson all had a fantastic time. Definitely plenty to keep grandson busy. Little cafe available with drinks and snacks. We only got drinks, but they were very reasonably priced. There were lots of staff available and very visible around the entire play area. Would definitely recommend and return in future. The only reason I have knocked 1 star off is that as we were leaving, we noticed there was no locking mechanism (no button release or similar for adults to press to open the exit doors). The doors opened easily with a simple push. Whilst I appreciate that parents are expected to supervise their kids at all times, in such a busy place, and especially if you had multiple kids with you, it can be easy to lose sight of them for a short time and its not great that kids could open the door and get straight out onto carpark. Would highly recommend on some sort of door lock/safety system for the exit being invested in by the company in future, but as I said before I would still definitely return in future and recommend to other people.

We had a perfect party for my niece last week, with everyone enjoying the slides, maze, mountains and play areas. I felt reassured that everyone was safe as whilst the inflatable park is bouncy, it's not out of control bouncy if that makes sense so perfect for my daughter who is 3 1/2 as well as the older children. The food was excellent and Hamna, our party host was kind and attentive. The food portions were huge and delicious (great quality pizzas, burgers, fresh fruit and low sugar ice cream), the party decorations, pretty, and we really had a 'top' time! Thanks everyone!

Our son had a great party here on Saturday. The party host, Jack, was very organised and friendly. He was great with the kids and we would definitely recommend a party here. The kids really enjoyed themselves. The room, food, drinks etc were all really good too. Thank you Jack for hosting a great party.

We booked this place for my little Brother’s 10th birthday and it was perfect, the place is made for kids, setting up and the timings was all handled by the members of staff. Hamna our party host looked after us and she was fantastic. Would recommend the place for anyone with kids for a birthday party or simply for a good time for the kids.

We went to the minion mash party and it was fantastic. The venue is spotless, fab communication up front, brilliant extras such as free face painting and colouring. The food was excellent we had a pizza and I can't complain. The staff are amazing they all worked so hard and always smiling. It was our first visit and I am only disappointed we haven't been before as we will definitely be going again.
