This is a very friendly helpful place. The staff really know their stuff about any items that you might want to be included in a sale. The staff were very helpful towards us by bringing us our furniture and putting it in our car. We will certainly be back for a sale date Massive Thank You to everyone and keep up with the great work and service 🤗🤗🤗
I bought electric bike here and people are very nice.Only one issue as often with this auctioners is that if you wanna buy online they are lazy to describe the items and take couple more photos. But they do replay to emails and are willing to answer questions if needed.Overall first experience was positive.Very happy with almost brand new bike for 1/5 of the shop price.
Not sure they know what they are doing. Either it was incompetence or deliberate as I had an Emile galle vase they valued at £100-200. I took it to Bonhams who sold it for me for £4200. Unfriendly officious receptionist too. Some staff are very nice, smiley and helpful. A useful place however if you want to get rid of items locally and not take to charity. Commission is competitive to other auction galleries.
Great staff, very friendly, this is the second time I have used them for selling items and would use them again
Absolutely delighted with the shipping service, a fantastic, inexpensive and efficient experience
