Amazing gym, and far better than previous ones I’ve been to. The staff here are lovely as well and the gym has a very vast range of equipment that has loads of availability for strength training.
Came here when it first open and haven’t been disappointed by anything, the equipment is world class and the staff are ever inspiring. Recommend this gym to anyone, just starting or looking to well experienced!

The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and super helpful, and the coaches really know their stuff. The facilities are clean, modern, and spacious, and there’s even a fully stocked supplement shop right inside for pre/post workout needs, such a convenient bonus! Best gym in Sheffield, you don’t even need headphones, music is top tier. A good amount of machines. Solid amount of equipment. Would recommend. Staff are all super sound too!
