From the moment you walk in, you feel safe, welcomed, and supported. The women’s only space creates such a positive, uplifting energy and a real sense of community. Aaliyah is an incredible coach, kind, motivating, and genuinely invested in everyone’s progress. She makes every class enjoyable while still pushing you just the right amount. Whether it’s Pilates, LBT, or PT, you always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of yourself. If you’re looking for a gym that feels empowering rather than intimidating, I couldn’t recommend this place more 💖

I attended my first ever Pilates session, and I had so much fun. The instructor was incredibly nice, calm, and welcoming. The movements were challenging in the best way, especially for my core, and I really liked feeling how engaged my muscles were throughout the class. Overall, it was a great first experience, and I’m excited to come back for more sessions

I had my first session of Pilates today and it was really good! I found the class pushed me without being overwhelming, and had the perfect pace. The instructor made me feel so comfortable, she was so sweet and encouraging. Can’t wait to attend again!

I recently joined a circuits class by Her Time Out and it was the first time I'd been to this gym. I had trouble finding it but gave them a call and they were able to guide me in the right direction. I was given a tour of the facilities before the class and the gym looks great - the equipment looks high quality and they have a range of cardio & resistance machines and free weights. I really enjoyed the class I took - there was a good mix of weight-based and cardio exercises and we were really motivated to challenge ourselves. The groups are kept small so that you get the 1-on-1 time with the instructor who can correct your form and encourage you. I would recommend the circuits class and think you will get great value for money if you sign up for a membership here.

No matter how much I try to express how happy and satisfied I am with the gym,It would still not do the justice.The gym owner/trainer really pays attention to your goals,your energy and works with your cycles.I joined 3 weeks ago being 13 months postpartum(was really struggling with excessive weight gain)and suffering from postpartum depression,It feels surreal that I have already been able to fit into my 2 years old clothes and the plus point is it has really helped my mental health.I had 2 PT sessions so far,She already knew my lackings(picked up during classes) and corrected my form,helped with my stamina,she is so patient and kind.❤️🥺I absolutely love and enjoy my classes(very unlike me-I never enjoyed doing gym before)-I miss gym on Sundays 😁 Above All,being a muslim hijabi This is the perfect place for me to workout without any worry.I highly highly recommend her,Be it weightloss,Strength training or mental health problems.Thank you Aaliya for helping me feel confident again.I owe you a big time xx
