I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The space is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need, whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or taking classes. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. What really stands out is the atmosphere—motivating without being intimidating. It’s a place where people of all fitness levels feel comfortable. I actually look forward to my workouts now, which says a lot. Highly recommend

Firstly the gym equipment is outstanding and the location is good as can use Tescos car park . Membership is affordable however this gym as gone really downhill in the last 6 months . The cleanliness is shocking no blue roll having to use toilet roll ? Why ? Leading to no one wiping machines down . Not seen a cleaner in a long time and it shows . Toilets smell as do the sauna . The sauna is open when staff can be bothered to turn it on and staff always in office . Management NEVER in on an evening. Seen members scream in staffs face . Staff have no control of the gym /members it’s a shame as it could be a great gym if run by a Professional Manager.

NRG Gym Sheffield is an outstanding place to train. The equipment is well maintained, the atmosphere is motivating, and the gym is always clean and welcoming. What really sets it apart, though, is the staff — they’re genuinely amazing. Friendly, professional, and always happy to help, they make you feel comfortable and supported no matter your fitness level. I’ve had a really good experience here. The equipment is much better than I expected and well-maintained. The NRG community is genuinely wholesome and welcoming, which makes the environment very comfortable, especially for newcomers. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Prices are also quite affordable for what you get. The only downside is that it can get quite crowded at certain times, but aside from that, it’s a great place and definitely worth it. P.s I went to this gym earlier this year for three months stopped for medical reasons, I also tried other gyms out. I had to come back to this gym because equipment was very good and it is convenient for Me to get here as well. 🙏
