Hands down the best gym in Sheffield! With community, determination and passion for strength and fitness at the heart of it, there’s no place like PMF! My favourite classes are Spartan, Cross-training, kettlebells and Performance. We push, pull, squat, lift and have a good time at the same time! I’ve made friends had fun, lost weight and become stronger. Love the PMF vibe!

Prime Mover is the best gym I have ever used. They are friendly and have great knowledge. They push you in group environment, which makes you achieve fast, and feel part of a likeminded team. I have already seen great personal results, and feel confident that each session takes me closer to my goal. Thank you Prime Mover!

My personal journey in this place during a span of 1.5 years from vomiting to challenging myself to be better has been remarkable not only for me but also in my energy levels and my decision making power which I do everyday in my 4 businesses. Sorry it's a long review as I believe in logic and the 4 hormones that transform your Body and Mind. When you start eating right(one day) and exercising regularly (which i am doing), four powerful hormones come into play, each contributing to your physical and mental transformation: 1.Dopamine: This kicks in the moment you set a goal. Just thinking about running that marathon or hitting the gym triggers dopamine, the excitement hormone. You're motivated before you even start! 2. Endorphins: As you start showing up to workouts and breaking a sweat, endorphins take over. These "feel-good" chemicals give you that post-workout high, lasting 5-6 hours. Nothing compares to the natural boost you get after a good sweat session. 3. Serotonin: After a few weeks of consistency, serotonin-the happiness hormone--begins to rise. It brings an antidepressant effect, making you feel truly content and well. This hormone helps you achieve a lasting state of well-being. 4. Oxytocin: After a few months of dedication, oxytocin comes in, fostering self-love and pride in the person you're becoming. This "self-love" hormone helps you stand by your healthy choices and fall in love with the journey and the results. This powerful mix of hormones not only transforms your body but also boosts your mental health, making the process of exercising and eating well truly life-changing. Danny is a remarkable guy, he does not take No for an answer and takes you to the next level of your muslce and mind strength which you would need. He transforms you physically and mentally to become what you want to be. I am obliged to be part of this team -- prime mover fitness.

Prime movers is a place very different to other usual gyms or workout sessions.It is a game changer if you thinking of taking your fitness seriously .I was introduced to PM by my husband and I must say I was reluctant to join but after few sessions I have started loving it. All the sessions are amazing and trainers are very well knowledgable and experienced. This place and coaching is so different to what I have been in past.The concept of pushing yourself in a right direction is the core element of PM. I am looking forward to be there from March onwards.Keep up helping people to fulfil their goals 👏🏼👏🏼🌟🌟

I am no gym bunny, in fact I didnt see the benefit at all before I joined this place. I was stuck in a rut, fit but not feeling it. I joined the men’s strength camp and dedicated myself to the programme but in the gym and out. The support from the trainers and other users was phenomenal. I got stronger, lost weight, toned up and mentally felt way better. As the owner Danny said, I’d invested in myself and I don’t regret it one bit. After the camp finished I joined as a full time member. The classes are varied, hard, but do able. It’s definitely got a community vibe to it, everyone supports and pushes each other, you‘ll have a laugh and make friends. Wanna be a better you? Sign up.
