Had a wonderful time and were very fortunate to catch a 1940s commemoration of the Blitz. Super interesting museum, bigger than expected. Also got to try some delicious cake in the cafe! We shall definitely return!
This is a great museum with lots of exhibits showing the history of the emergency services. Lots of vehicles, some of which you can go inside are a great addition to the uniforms and other objects. Great for families and adults who have an interest in the subject.
Really fun interactive experience, especially for kids. Some of the exhibits were not working though with no signage which was a bit sloppy. The lift also was not working which is a concern for those who use mobility aids. On the whole though, a fun couple of hours spent there.
Absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly and Charlotte was full of interesting information about the displays. Cafe was lovely and cakes looked amazing. They provided oat milk and there tea was amazing and much needed 🤭😍. Afternoon spending alot of time in the police section. Kids loved playing and dressing up 😍
Quite the treasure trove inside, if you want to fully explore you’ll probably need at least two hours. Lots to see and enjoy for adults and children.
