Lovely part of the canal so clean & tidy all down to the volunteers that keep it that way well done one & all. It was a lovely sunny day to have our lunch. I saw the art work very impressive also saw lots of fish from tiny to massive.
Little area for picnic or relaxing during their canal walk. A lot of boats there as its marina area. Wish there will be more facilities like cafe or something to make it more attractive for people to be here.
Tinsley locks and canal is a fabulous walk. Lovely wide tow-pathways run alongside the canal that weaves its way behind industrial units, entertainment parks and retail outlets. Great way to spend a couple of hours and listening to the gushing water as it flows through the lock gates. Wonderful!
Never knew this existed until our impromptu visit. What a gem - the towpath is currently closed for renovation works but we're definitely planning a return trip with the cameras. We heard that the wildlife is plentiful, and there were signs of spring everywhere.
Looks really clean, nice seating areas around the canal, some fancy art work as well. Pathways look re-surfaced, perfect for walking and cycling down the canal.
