Güs operates from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays. On Thursdays and Fridays, it opens earlier from 7:30 AM until 8:00 PM, and on weekends, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note that Güs is closed on Wednesdays. For payment convenience, the spa accepts credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments. It is important to note that the premises do not offer wheelchair accessible parking, entrance, restrooms, or seating facilities.

So impressed with this new spot in Sheffield. The aesthetic is beautiful and the staff were so friendly and made everything easy. The saunas are high quality and both get properly hot 🙌🏻. The whole place has such a good energy with good music and lighting… a top-tier wellness experience and I’ll definitely be back! We had a free flow session which was great for hot and cold therapy. Can’t wait to come back and try out a guided session!
Unreal wellness experience, offering both hot and cold therapy with different sauna and ice baths available. Güs have created such a relaxing vibe and the aesthetics are beaut! The matcha’s are delicious too. I loved the finer details as well, music and lightening was on point, candles lit for the session, and there’s 10/10 products in the showers etc. The owners are really friendly, knowledgeable and have brought a slice of scandi heaven up North! We had a free flow session which was such a relaxing way to start the new year. Looking forward to visiting again and trying out a guided session!
We visited for the opening night and it was a real treat. Immaculate saunas - 2 total on 2 floors, nice lighting, friendly owners and staff, gentle music piped into one of the saunas. One darker, hotter and smaller than the other, but still large. Really spacious. Fancy looking plunge pools with icy temps - 9 and 6°c. The cake and champagne was a treat. I will definitely be back. What a great work leaving gift this was!
A great relaxing urban space in Sheffield. The co-founders Chris & Rob were uber welcoming and friendly. Everything from their welcome, the fantastic saunas and plunge baths, the decor, ambient lighting and super chilled playlist made it a perfect way to end the week! I liked that it was not rammed with people and was a really relaxing chilled vibe. Will be back to use my credits! There is a small cafe, selling coffee and cake. Lockers, changing areas, showers, water, seating and fresh towels.
Absolutely elite experience at Gus! The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, making you feel at home the moment you walk in. The most aesthetic sauna and cold plunge spot in Sheffield and probably the UK tbh. The saunas are actually hot, felt like I was visiting a Scandi country (proper heat!), the plunges are icy, and the design is stunning. Bonus: the coffee is easily the best in the city. The ultimate wellness and recovery spot. 10/10!
