Ive only been a couple of times but the friendliness of both the customers and venue staff alike is very noticeable and reassuring that you're in a friendly and welcoming place. There was an issue with my card payment today but instead of refusing entry, the management generously welcomed me in and this made me feel valued as a new customer. I'll definitely be a regular now after receiving this grade of customer service.
Found this to be a warm and welcoming place, where people actually enjoyed a conversation as much as other things. The secluded outside area is good for chat. Downstairs has the spa pool, steam room, sauna etc then upstairs to the action Loved the multi entrance glory holes, some nice comfy seating for watching vids It is very dark up there in places but this only adds to atmosphere Good value too
I've read the reviews of this venue, and have to say they're not my experience. My first time here and I had a great afternoon. Was in Sheffield with colleagues for the weekend, but managed to "sneak off" for a couple of hours on the Saturday afternoon. It's all about expectations. The venue is incredibly reasonably priced, there was a really good mix of guys (different ages and preferences). The staff are fab, really welcoming and friendly. Ok, is this place the last word in luxury? no of course it isn't. But, as a place where men go to meet other men for discreet experiences. It was a bloody good afternoon of fun. Give it a go, I had a great time.
I visited The Boiler Room Sauna in Sheffield on Saturday 5/7 and have to say that I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, a super hot steam room, a perfect sauna and a fantastic new jacuzzi. There was a good mix of clientele which was fun. I had a cheese and ham toastie with a bottle of cider and it was only 8 quid, and I really enjoyed it. I can not fault my visit to the boiler room sauna and I’m going to recommend it.
Very friendly staff. Very accommodating and the facility is getting better day by day. Can't wait to try out the sun bed. 👍
