I enjoyed hotpod yoga! 💜 Unfortunately the Sheffield studio doesn’t have any diversity among its yoga teachers. The team isn’t representative, which is suprising given how many diverse teachers and people there are in Sheffield. Your response that you “welcome applications” misses the core issue. Diversity doesn’t come from waiting for people to apply it comes from actively creating an inclusive, welcoming environment and proactively recruiting a diverse teaching team, which is the studio’s responsibility. People are more likely to feel more seen, included and comfortable when they see themselves reflected in the team, and a more diverse group of teachers would naturally help welcome and attract a wider demographic of people. It can also bring a wider range of perspectives and styles, which only strengthens the community and the experience for all members.

Hotpod Yoga Sheffield is such a special place. From the moment you step inside the pod, you feel cocooned in warmth, calm, and positivity. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring, guiding each class with patience and encouragement so you feel comfortable whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. The pod itself is like an oasis – the heat, the lighting, and the music create the perfect environment to let go of stress and reconnect with yourself. Every session leaves me feeling stronger in body, clearer in mind, and lighter in spirit. Truly one of the highlights of my week and a wonderful community to be a part of.

I'm so glad I started hot yoga! I got the Summer Offer which gave me unlimited classes for 30 days, fur just £30! Honestly, the best money I've ever spent. I leave each class feeling relaxed, energised and happy. The instructors are all amazing and it's such a chilled atmosphere where you don't feel like anyone is watching or judging you. As someone who's been trying the gym on and off for years, but never been able to commit to it, this is honestly a game-changer. I come 4-5 times a week now and with each class, I feel stronger and more confident.

Absolutely love Hotpod yoga and for the sessions themselves I would give a 5 star, however two main issues for new customers is parking which I know is expensive and difficult to find, and the toilet facilities. I appreciate the single toilet needs to be accessible to all, however one toilet is a nightmare. There is always a big queue as I’m sure most ppl are like me and drink a lot of water before a class as you loose a lot in the session which means you are stood waiting for ages to go. And finally the sound quality for the microphones. Some instructors you can barely hear at all and you can’t always get to the front due to how busy it gets. You end up coming out of your practice to visually see what is next from the instructor because you can’t make out what they are even saying. The overall environment is beautiful and the instructors are fantastic at their craft. Even though the classes are expensive I believe you get excellent value for your money with them.

I’ve not been going for very long and am still very much a beginner, but the classes are so welcoming and encouraging. The instructors are all so lovely and very knowledgeable. I work hard and leave feeling refreshed, strong and relaxed. It’s now the highlight of my week going!
