Yoga Nature has changed my life... Jo and Ben are the best teachers, sharing their expertise and offering some wonderful yoga routines. The postures, meditation and breathing techniques have made a difference to me physically, spiritually and mentally. The classes are friendly, calm and welcoming and it's fun sharing with some lovely people. As I am a great nature lover too, I love how Jo and Ben are so connected to the natural world and the changing seasons. They take us on some beautiful experiences during classes. I highly recommend you try Yoga Nature. It will make a huge difference to you!
Jo and Ben create such a warm and accepting environment with their friendliness and their knowledge of how to adapt the practice to your body and circumstances. Their sessions help me unwind and ground myself weekly - it's a real treat! By far the best yoga I have done :)
Jo and Ben’s classes have taught me so much about yoga, and given me a greater awareness of my body that I have taken off the mat too. They clearly put a lot of time and thought into planning the classes, and I always feel so calm coming out of them (the meditation and relaxation part is dreamy!). I would recommend for anyone looking to explore a slower, more conscious form of yoga in an inclusive and kind setting.
Jo and Ben are everything I love in great yoga teachers: Deeply and broadly knowledgeable, warm and empathic, spiritual but grounded, and they take the practice seriously but still with a touch of humour and a relaxed, unpressured approach. I've gained so much from their classes and feel very blessed to have found them.
I began my journey with Jo and Ben in September ‘24 and felt welcome and nurtured from the very first lesson. The routines are different from anything I tried in the past and the rooted connection with nature brings an extra layer of depth and overall well-being. The gong bath are a real treat and I feel rested and regenerated after every session. Would highly recommend to give it a try x
