I absolutely love this yoga studio and would recommend it to anyone - I have even brought several friends along with me! Every class I have attended there has had an amazing teacher, particularly Nicola, who is so knowledgeable and helpful. My favourite class is the Ashtanga class, which I came in to as an absolute beginner and Nicola has guided me through the practice and enabled me to make some real progression. Her teaching style means that you can push for progression when this is wanted but she also takes into consideration any injuries, boundaries or in my case issues cause by my hypermobility.

I attended their pregnancy yoga classes, which was a wonderful experience. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and make everyone feel so welcome. Each session is perfectly tailored to our needs, with gentle yet effective stretches, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices that left me calm and relaxed. The atmosphere in the studio is warm and nurturing. This is the place to go if you're looking for a yoga studio, especially during pregnancy. 💕

I have been attending the Ashtanga practice for many years now at Yoga at the Reach, and hand on heart, I truly love going to these classes! Nicola is such a knowledgeable teacher, but also caring and warm! I have hypermobility, and she is always keeping an eye out to ensure I don't injure myself, but also ensuring I have the right posture (plus the others in the class). I don't know how many times I've told Nicola that my body is not designed to do a pose and she always believes in me... and guess what... I have been able to over time! When I've had injuries, Nicola has always ensured to change up the postures to support me in this. I have also attended the Gong Bath which is incredible, as well as some workshops which were so helpful! I truly recommend Yoga at the Reach!

I love Yoga at the Reach. I’ve attended 4 prenatal yoga classes with Alex and I always come away feeling connected, calm and replenished. Alex offers adjustments throughout all the transitions to suit all levels which is so helpful. Her teaching style and calm, positive and charismatic demeanour make the class a pleasure to attend. The environment is incredibly welcoming and zen and the facilities are fantastic - including fresh water, dates and dark chocolate to conclude the class! I’ve never used props before in yoga and having cushions, bolsters, eye masks and yoga balls makes it a unique experience. Also not needing to bring a mat is very helpful too. I’m looking forward to taking part in postnatal yoga when my little one arrives.

I’ve really enjoyed coming to the post natal mum and baby classes that the studio offers. They are a great way to have a few moments of calm, do some much needed stretching and connect with other local mums. The different levels suit different stages of recovery, and it’s handy that they can be booked in blocks of 4 weeks.
