Visited this play centre this morning with my 3 year old grandchild. Found it to be very unclean and shabby. Nothing very interactive, interesting, or of a sensory nature for a 3 year old. I asked for chalk to use the solar system chalkboard wall to be told it wasn't being used this week as there was a Halloween party at the end of the week!! One play table with a crayoning book and paper, and 8 blunt pencil crayons! Street playmat next to a large mirror that was streaky and filthy. Everything you picked up was sticky and dirty. Play tables dirty and dusty. Flooring also dirty. Toilets not clean . Will not be returning as there are far better equipped , maintained and cleaner play centres to visit. Coffee was good and therefore gave my rating for that.

Daughter had a fantastic time at Happy Planet. There is plenty to do for your young child and the open layout makes supervising very easy. I was sat on a very comfortable sofa whilst little un went off and played with her new temp friends. Food was not ordered however I had a cappuccino, which was very decent quality, much better than other play centres I've been to. Happy planet is better suited to younger children but my 5 year old really enjoyed her time here.

An absolutely amazing haven for children (and parents) where there are endless activities and things to keep little people entertained. Our 18 month old loved running around and playing while we ate toasted sandwiches and coffee. Scrambled eggs for kids were perfectly made for the age. I would say appropriate for children up to maybe 5-6 before the toys start to lose there fun. Any age before that, take your child there now.

Won't be returning. Play space is fine for preschool children, although fewer items/spaces than some other similar play spaces locally. Cleanish - not the cleanest play centre I've been to buy also not the dirtiest. Reason we'll not be returning is Jodie's(?) (lack of) customer service. Other staff member was lovely (apologies, I didn't catch your name) and looked uncomfortable at the way Jodie spoke to me. Brought my children here for my daughter's birthday and wish we'd gone elsewhere.

Like a home from home! Been coming here for a couple of years now and my kid loves it, and I do too. Lots of thought out areas that foster imaginative play. Staff are so kind and friendly. Food is very reasonably priced, wholesome and comes with veggies/fruit which is great for the little ones. Always good music on too! Parking is a challenge due to the nature of the site, so just be prepared to have to park a bit further away when busy.
