The most helpful staff In a lovely library in central Shipley. Karen was absolutely lovely and so kind when needing help with computers and printing information. She was so patient and made my day, nothing was too much trouble and I want to thank her for been such a lovely helpful person 💕

Terrible experience on first using the library. Came to use computers to print and were assisted by staff but system failed and we were asked to come back another day using a memory stick instead. On second visit, the system again failed and staff member Shevaughn was extremely unhelpful, blaming us for 'pressing the wrong buttons'. She later realised the system was indeed at fault but didn't have the grace to issue an apology. When we requested a refund of our printer credit in order to go elsewhere, she refused. On again requesting a refund due to failure to provide the service for which we'd paid we were told it needed manager authorisation (fair enough) and we did eventually get it, but Shevaughn's attitude was belligerent throughout and made for a thoroughly frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Library is good but they have changed the timings without updating on google

It's too bad they had to update the library. Although self check out is awesome, there still needs to be staff around. I do music groups for kids in the kids area. It used to be a big open spot, but now the area is divided into 2 sections by a computer bay. Real waste of space. But the staff are great they do real well for the amount of help and funding they get.
