Booked this venue for my sisters 1st birthday party, would definitely recommend and book again! Staff were super friendly and space in venue was great… thank you!

Jigsaw Juniors hosted a great birthday party for our son. We took the self catering option and they made it really easy to turn up with our food and have it ready for everyone. They give lots of clear and useful information when you book and give a phone call closer to the event to confirm numbers and answer any last questions. The staff were great at sorting drinks, cutting cake and getting it into party bags ready for us. Great to not have to worry about that. Everyone seemed to have a good time and our son had a great time. Thanks to everyone at Jigsaw Juniors Shipley 😀

If I could give it a 0 star I would! The woman who thought it was acceptable to be so rude to me And another party guest you should be ashamed of yourself. Visited on Sunday to a party which started at 4 in which I was 15 mins early for tells me I have to wait outside in the rain because the (party mum) wasn’t there after letting me in. I have never experienced this before. I work in a play center myself and would always be welcoming and maybe just explain that (party mum) isn’t here but your more than welcome to come inside out of the rain and cold… anyways moving on when trying to order drinks for my older 2 children I was told it was dilute juice only and that that was there policy, I explained my older 2 weren’t attending the party but she said it doesn’t matter they can still have the dilute. eventually I got the drinks and sat down she then carried on so I told the lady That I found her very rude. I defo will not be returning. It’s sad that people are like this when it comes to these types of places as there are so many that don’t even stay open. And women/ kids need places like this.

Had a lovely visit with my 11 month old. She loved the sensory room and enjoyed playing with the different toys. Everywhere was very clean. Will definitely visit again!

The venue is okay for children aged 2 and up. I wouldn’t say there’s much to keep a 1-year-old entertained, especially if they’re walking around they’ll likely be limited to the small sensory room and not much room to explore The coffee is very strong and bitter, and quite pricey. I also found it rather cheeky that they’re selling Aldi multipack products, including crisps, biscuits, and buns, at a much higher price than usual this is not only surprising but actually illegal. Overall, it’s an alright spot for older toddlers, but not ideal for younger children, and some of the pricing practices left a bad taste. Unfortunately I will not be returning as grasshoppers is the same price and much better facilities.
