We visited on 10/08/25 & had a wonderful time. This park is a true piece of history in Saltaire. It is beautifully kept but the heritage features really stand out. It was fascinating to see the statue of Sir Titus Salt which I learned was erected in 1903 to celebrate his 100th birthday. The cannons on the promenade are impressive too originally bought by Sir Titus himself. The atmosphere is lovely, especially watching the cricket on the historic cricket pitches which have been there since 1869. The walk by the water (River Aire) offers beautiful, lake-like views that are very relaxing. There is market as well. Kids did shopping too. Loved train ride too. Highly recommend for a family day out."

A beautiful, thankfully well maintained historic park. There's a lot of history nearby for those that are interested. The park itself is a low just to stroll around. One boundary is the river. The bandstand is well used in the warmer months. A lovely pub is just a short walk across the footbridge. We opted for coffee and cake at the Half Moon cafe, very nice indeed. Lot's to see and do around and in the park. Not forgetting the beautiful bandstand.

Lovely park with a large flat field, which is ideal for family picnics and children to play games. Also has a nice garden area, children's play area and path by the river. Ideal for a relaxing walk and you can walk on the bridge which is over the river. Good location for the family and of course the village of Saltaire is just over the bridge. Photos are from the Dragon boat festival event.

Really enjoyed taking a trip on the land train here and catching the cricket match being on was an added bonus as well. Cool statues of alpacas, cannons and Titus Salt as well. Just keep away from the bottom end of the park where the covered seating area is, as this was not only a litter magnet but it was where the yobs hang out playing loud music and lightning fires for some reason.

Hockney Paints light display the photos do not do it justice. Only 12 minutes long but well worth the wait which was only 15 mins from arrival to display.
