Friendly staff, good atmosphere, clean facilities and decent drinks. However, this in no way, shape, or form, in any universe, is a "belly-buster" breakfast.
Three of us came in for food which was awful and ended up leaving nearly all of it and drinks. Staff need a little bit training on customer service which didn't tell us that cutlery is not given on delivery food and left with no feed back. Neither of the staff could put a smile on their face. I personally have run pubs,managed kitchen and make sure customer have a great experience.
Really gathered pace since they reopened up as the Pride, selection of handpulls that are only £2.90 Fine chicken burger that's worth a try, real chicken fillet. Lots of tvs with sky sports and good friendly people and staff that go in there too. A good atmosphere.
New owners/management are really making an effort to get this pub running well! I normally pop in for a £1.50 coffee before work some mornings but today I tried one of the new burgers. Was very impressed with the price & the food. It was delicious & piping hot. Owners & staff are so so lovely as well :)
Ordered the spicy buffalo chicken burger, didn’t not disappoint! If you love a sauce spicy burger, this is what you want. was just messing a bit of cheese, but know for next time!
