Very disappointed- having a dietary requirement needed somewhere to eat my own food- other restaurants were crowded with long queues, so asked if I could buy a drink and eat my own food there- there was a large room with at least 50 empty seats, and only food on offer was cake and scones. I was told that I should go outside and eat my food in the park - it was a cool rainy October day, and having travelled from Nottingham, had no idea even where the park was! I understand fully that business need to make a living, but I thought the refusal of my quite reasonable request was very mean spirited.

Lukewarm espresso, and the cakes in cardboard sleeves aren’t great: half of said cake stays stuck to the cardboard.

It’s hidden and needs better signage but it’s quieter therefore less noisy than the bigger restaurant . It does what a coffee shop does
