Super professional service from Frank, explained every step of the process and regularly called with updates. He tried lots of different recovery softwares, unfortunately he wasn’t able to recover the data off our drive because it was so badly corrupted, but he didn’t charge us extra past our £60 deposit and was completely honest that it needed some action from PC World lab technicians it was that damaged Super friendly and honest bloke, 100% recommend
Wow what an experience!! My 20 year NAS which had my LIFE media on there including a life cycle of my son growing up was lost in a power cut. The drive had died. I tried everything and all recovery software plugging in the HDD direct to move with Sata and power cables and windows just didn't recognise the drive at all, not even in device manager or disk management. I left my drive with this company who arent very far from me and to my surprise they contacted me a few days later telling how bad a condition the drive was in and reassured me not to worry as they will do theyre best to recover my data. A couple days later I was given great news, they successfully recovered all my data plus older deleted files. This experience was absolutely priceless and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who needs data recovery or general PC repairs.
