A long wait to see a counter staff, Very disappointed with young woman's stone face, no plesentaries, NO please/Thankyous. Single answer with cold attitude.

My wife and I had ad a 4pm appointment for today. Arrived at hi 3.45 waited 35 minutes. When I enquired if someone was going to deal with us I was told they were busy cashing up. My question is why would they arrange appointment when they were cashing up. Been with Santander more than 15 years. It seems they are more interested in getting new customers than existing. New ustomers get best interest rates while existing customers are left on low rates. Poor! Don’t think I will bother with Santander any more

Not seen very quickly, stood waiting in a qué for wait over 30 minutes, no rush and can't speed up anyone as only 2 cashiers.. not a fast paced bank. If you in a hurry avoid .

Top marks from me , would like to thank Chrissy the bank manager and Sam at the Shipley branch who helped me in such a friendly manner in making sure I had everything in place for an upcoming payment so everything went smoothly without any problems, I really appreciate being able to talk face to face with someone , we all need to support our local branches

A big thank you to Liam for helping my partner to register on his mums account which was already a stressful time. Liam was polite and respectful and even rang us a week later to confirm everything was complete . Great customer service.
