Went in with my bereaved Fathers details from probate. Weeks ago and still haven't heard anything.
Went into the branch to set my app up as I had a new phone and the woman who served me set the app up for me and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
I needed a face to face appointment to sort out some business affairs. This is the nearest branch to where I live but not local to me. I didn't make an appointment beforehand but turned up hoping that I could be seen. It was refreshing to see the bank so well-used. I had a short wait before I was attended to. The service was warm, professional and empathetic. Whilst i was sitting a number of people came in and out to make transactions. Someone was out on the floor interacting and helping customers, where needed. There were lots of friendly exchanges and I could see that for some of the customers, this was part of a positive 'local high street experience'. It was a really positive experience for me. Hi I called into the branch on Monday this week for advice the to have help with a difficult and quite serious matter and was in the store for at least 2 hours and during this time I was dealt with very promptly and professionally by a really nice and understanding member of staff named Catherine. She understood the situation and explored every scenario regarding this for the right outcome and explained to me everything in hand. Well first can I say how very helpful Naheela was at helping us sort out things today very friendly and empathetic toward us But Im so shocked to hear that you have to bring your own laptop into the bank if you need help to sort anything out What if you have a learning Disability, Or you cant use a computer? There is there no help.?Are you not discriminating ?? We have been at Yorkshire Bank for over 50 years And always found that they go out of there way to help . Virgin Money need to address your customers service Because What I saw and heard there is no help for customers who really need it
