Neera is such a talented eye brow therapist. She has spend a long time doing my brows and giving me fantastic advice about my brows and hair. She is the best therapist I’ve ever had doing my eye brows. Lots of experience. Thank you Alison

BEWARE: This was the first time I'd used the Shipley salon as I normally go to Keighley branch of BROWS. for eyebrow waxes. Here, I was treated by someone who called herself Naz. In other salons, I would be asked to sign a form and disclose medical history, not here though. I was just asked if I'd ever had waxing done on my face before. Naz's 'technique' was fast, aggressive and almost sadistic as she ripped the wax from my skin, so much so that my eyes actually teared up from the severity of it and I had to ask her to stop. Then she blamed me for having sensitive skin above my eyelids, even though I've never had any issues with facial waxing before! I am not a soft person and I can handle pain reasonably well, but this felt like an ordeal. Afterwards, I discovered that she'd burned the skin under my brow bone and I now have an arch beneath my right eyebrow that is red and sore, and likely to scar. She didn't apply any cooling lotion afterwards, just baby oil, and told me not to wet my face for 48 hours and that next time I should come to her for threading instead. I've read since that for wax burns you should apply cool water IMMEDIATELY to prevent scarring. I won't be going back. I am thoroughly appalled by the service I received here and I warn anybody reading this NEVER to go this salon.

I’m a regular customer at Brows Shipley and Neera is always amazing. She’s super friendly, really professional, and consistently does a brilliant job every time. I always leave happy with my brows and wouldn��t go to anyone else. Highly recommend Neera!

Best eyebrow and eye lash place in Shipley. I always come here for the treatments as the atmosphere is relaxing and professional. The ladies Ridda and Sanam are very lovely, considerate and always do a great job! Thanks 💜💜

Really bad service and rude staff member who did my eyebrows. I asked her what colour would best suit my face and she rolled her eyes at me. I then asked for a light brown tint and my eyebrows after were black. The weren't even the same shape with one being round and one being a square shape and one was made shorter than the other. I had to go to superdrug immediately after so that they could quickly sort them. Beware of this place if you want a brow tint and thread
