Recently got my nails done here, after going home realised I wasn’t happy with the design I chose. After speaking with them they managed to fit me in last minute and Lauren was brilliant and did exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend just from the after service I received. Despite being an apprentice Lauren was fantastic and I recommend people to book in with her x

Booked a pedicure for two people 3 weeks ago. Turned up for the woman to state she had rubbed out the appointment and not told us it was cancelled. I had booked this off work and spent money to travel to saltaire by train so I lost out on money. She also said this has happened before and that people’s appointments had been rubbed out without the customers knowing. She did offer for a half price appointment in the future but did not have many appointments available and I do not travel to saltaire regularly. I understand mistakes happen but would have appreciated being told my appointment had been cancelled.

Had a skin treatment previously and booked for another, so professional and welcoming. The young lady that runs the shop is very friendly and the treatment I had was wonderful, felt lovely afterwards. Have booked a course of treatments and looking forward to going back.
