I recently purchased a Japanese import Toyota Prius from this dealer, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The dealer was very supportive and guided me in choosing the right car. He was honest, professional, and very friendly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car I received is in excellent condition, exactly as described. I truly appreciate the service and would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a reliable car.

BEWARE!!! OF THIS SELLER!!! My friend bought a Toyota prius and it was his new car and he come to show me, he purchased the car from north west motors the car showed 55k miles on the speedo but looking at the cars condition it looked like its been to the moon and back so I told him to do a vx check which is a hpi check for Japanese cars but he requested me to do it for him as he's not good with these kind of things so I did the vx check car came back at 380 thousand kilometres which is around 236 thousand miles but he bought the car for taxi and got it registered he called them to let them know but they completely ignored and stated its got nothing to do with us the vx reports are a lie etc which is completely bullshit I know couple of other friends that bought cars from this company so I decided to do vx report on all 3 cars and all of them come back as negative mileage and accident damaged GRADE R!! so when asked around popular dealers around local I got to find out that these guy NORTH WEST MOTORS specialise in knocking the mileage back on most imported cars especially in the Toyota industry they offer this service to the public too and the price little as £50 per car WOW that's crazy to hear that! And that's from few people that I know and are reputable that deal with in cars and electrics I would highly advise not to buy any car of these guys apparently they have another yard thats based in Keighley where they do all the mileage disruption (FRAUD) on all cars AVOID THIS SELLER 99% of their stock have incorrect mileage and accident damaged if you don't believe me take a drive down take some registration number and get the Vin number and do your own check which only cost £20 per car on car vx.jp there are other companies too just need to search but vx check is the best within 24hr you get the full report for the car again VOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

I was given truly honest advice after having test driven a car and didn't decide to buy we had a very Frank and kind discussion, answering my many questions and advising me with patience, understanding real honesty. 1 Star Review Beware of Fraudulent Practices! I purchased a vehicle from THE NORTH WEST MOTORS two months ago, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The seller provided a completely misleading description of the car, claiming it was accident-free and had genuine mileage. However, after verifying the auction sheet, I discovered that the mileage was tampered with, and the car had been involved in an accident and poorly repaired. To make matters worse, the vehicle had the lowest possible auction grade, which was never disclosed at the time of sale. When I confronted the seller with this evidence and requested a refund or swap, they refused to take any responsibility and dismissed my concerns. Their lack of accountability and dishonest practices are alarming, and I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to think twice. If you value transparency and honesty, look elsewhere. This seller is not to be trusted. ---
