Outstanding service from start to finish I had an amazing experience at Trade Cars 4U Bradford and can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, welcoming smiles which instantly made me feel comfortable. Sophia was phenomenal throughout the whole process — she kept me fully up to date at every stage and made sure I knew exactly when my car would be ready. Her communication was excellent and really put my mind at ease. Mark was absolutely amazing. He went through the entire process quickly and smoothly while still explaining everything thoroughly. He showed me around the dealership and other cars while we waited, went through all the service history in detail, and took the time to explain how everything in the car works. Nothing felt rushed at all. He was also great to talk to and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. From the level of customer service to the vehicle handover, everything was handled perfectly. The whole experience was professional, friendly, and genuinely outstanding. We were kept up to date throughout and nothing was too much trouble . The whole experience was hassle free as purchasing something expensive as a second hand car can be quite stressful but we can honestly say it was totally stressless !!!
