Terrible experience at this self-serve BP car wash. I put money into the vacuum and only found out after paying that it doesn’t work at all. No suction, nothing. Then I tried the self car wash, same thing. I paid and nothing sprayed. The system took my money and provided zero service. There were no out-of-order signs, no warnings, nothing to let customers know the equipment was broken before taking payment. This location is basically accepting money for non-working machines. That’s unacceptable. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly suggest others avoid this place unless you want to waste your money.
Great when it's all working but been several times to the vacuum put money in and it's not working, never any refund
Good and cheap, they have all the necessary equipment in this place 🙂
