Shiney star hand car wash

Sorry but won’t be using again. Charged £10 today because of the weather ! Think it’s normally £7 for a small car. Queried and called boss over who said something about equipment etc. Said you can say one price and charge another and that customers won’t return. Didn’t really get a reaction 🤷🏻‍♂️ also afterwards realised wheels not even cleaned properly. Shame as been using this place for years and normally decent.

Called in for the first time on a Friday afternoon and I was the only car there. £8 for the basic wash and the quality of the job was appalling.Both guys smoking whilst working and I would not recommend this place. The surface is full of pot holes so be very careful.

This is by far the worst car wash I have been to in the whole of north England !!! Have a black BMW that was left with white soap streaks all over my car with patches of dirt leaving my car looking like I had a camo wrap. I feel like I could wash my car better with one arm tied behind my back. Went to the car wash up the road from this place and they did a great job and actually managed to do what it says on the tin "car wash". If you thinking, they could have been busy....... I was the only car there and had 3 people "washing it". I would recommend that you do not go here or even try it, you will just be left frustrated with a patchy car.

Sign said £25 Guy said £30 as it’s dirty I was taken aback The footwells did have crumbs and whatnot from kids but wasn’t awful I reluctantly agreed saying as long as it’s a good job Collected car. Got home and went to put child seats back in and realised they hadn’t - hoovered or wiped the pockets in any of the doors - wiped the the back of the front seats where visible foot prints were there from kids - wiped the unit in the centre with the vents etc at the back - had only taken a mat out of boot and shakes it and sprayed it (on the ground as it had more residue and stones than before). Not wiped boot at all. Total botch job. Cowboys. Rip off and I will never go back. Shockingly bad service. Thankfully there are two other car washes near by.

I have used this CarWash a few times and they always do an amazing job. Respectful, decent prices and great service.
