I'm surprised by all the bad reviews. Yes, it can be hard to get through on the phone, but if you use the Patches services, it's never difficult to get an appointment. Doctor's and most of the reception staff have always been very helpful and compassionate, in my experience.

I went into the surgery today and was disgusted by the receptionist Danielle's attitude and the way she spoke to me. I do not want to be served by this woman ever again. Shes very rude and is letting the rest of the team down. 🤬🤬

Drs are very good specially dr Watson but most of the receptionists are very rude and comes across very abrupt specially the blonde, the aged 1.cant remember her name. People come with problems and are sad but when they see these receptionists that talk in a rude way and comes across very abrupt makes us feel More down

Having newly joined as moved to nearby area my experience has been in regards to booking appointments it's the usual call at 8AM and wait on line to eventually get through and had appointments both times, the first GP starting asking questions on how often do you get the pain etcetera questions like one actually has a measurement of their pain thresholds then tapping it into computer and it comes up with possibly what it could be, had no idea of my underlining past medical issues only looked them up when challenged, sent for blood test advising next step for steroid jabs if the bloods comeback no issues, following this having further issues second appointment the GP very patronising putting the issues down to skeletal muscle pain, point is no investigations or checks to carry out diagnoses but both times pushing for "your eligible for free covid and flu vaccine" i.e they are certain you need these jabs but reluctant to run tests on issues you actually have, cvnts. Now I have to go private.

Staff are lovely and I’ve always been able to get an appointment for myself and my little boy quickly, either using PATCHS or ringing at 8am. Can’t fault them 😊
