Had my install today in Hull. Firstly, the engineer James (plug it in) turned up early and as I had taken the day off work and arranged for my old car to be collected I was pleased about this. Then I had ordered a tethered charger and my wife wanted an untethered one as it it neater. The engineer was more than happy to see if it could be switched for an untethered one which he confirmed was not an issue. He then asked me to confirm where I wanted it installed. My wife got the exact location after some deliberation and the engineer was very patient and gave useful advice about how he could install it. It was installed in a clean and smart way with the cable and box looking really good as was the hole needed though the gate frame. A very polite and pleasant young man, that was very patient and knowledgeable, particularly as we had a lot going on at the time. He also helped set up the app afterwards, cannot fault and highly recommended, thanks for a 5 star service

Jack has been to my property twice to check a fault on my charger and to install a new ev charger. He has done an excellent job on both occasions. He was very professional and didn't leave the job until he was happy everything was working properly and I was happy with the installation. Would recommend Jack and Plug it In to anyone.

I found this company as they were installing an EV charger at a neighbours house a week or so before I was taking delivery of my electric car. I took a card, and the neighbours gave a good report. I contacted them shortly after my car arrived, and found them equally helpful, and professional. My unit was fitted within a couple of weeks of first contacting them. The admin of the various grants given by the Government were made very straightforward, even though the fitting was charged through my business. I found them very easy to get in touch with, and was able to describe just where I'd like the unit placing via photos and email!. Which was really useful. I didn't need to take any time off work in order to get the unit installed. Having my meters outside was key to this as well though. There was a problem with the charging unit immediately after fitting due to a slightly quirky electricity supply at my house. This was all sorted within 24h though, even though it required them to contact the unit's manufacturer and getting them to slightly modify the software! So very much a place I'd recommend for great, customer centred service!
